To become the proud owner of one of our bracelets Made in France, it's very simple. Just click “Add to Cart” (on the product information page) to add it to your order list.

You will find your order summary in the “My Cart” section at the top right of your screen. Then, if you are already registered, just enter your login details to finalise your order. If you are not yet an AVANI customer, don’t worry, you can just create an account by providing the information requested on our site.

Enter your delivery address and your payment method, and then check your order. We recommend that you make a note of your order number in case you need it later.
Thanks to the success of AVANI bracelets, we ship all over the world.
For a delivery in metropolitan France, we send your order by tracking mail, in 2 working days (indicative time).

For a delivery abroad, we send your order by international tracking mail. Delivery takes a few days for most destinations.

We are not responsible for postage times and these delivery times are not contractually binding.
Don’t worry, you can generate a new password on our site.

To do this, just click “Log in” and then click the “Forgot your password?” link.

Enter the e-mail address of your customer account and within a few minutes you will receive a new password.
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days following delivery in which to return the bracelet you ordered for an exchange or refund. You will then be liable for the return postage costs and will be responsible for arranging transportation.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, unworn.
AVANI reserves the right to refuse refunds or exchanges that do not meet these deadlines and conditions.

Therefore, please contact us by e-mailing contact@avani.fr, telling us that you would like an exchange or refund.

We will then produce a return slip, which we will e-mail to you and which you will need to complete with all the information requested.

Prepare your return package with the items to be exchanged or refunded, complete the return slip received by e-mail and place it in your package.

Lastly, please take your package to the nearest post office and check that the following address appears on the package label:

Furthermore, we recommend opting for tracked delivery. Please remember to keep the receipt from the post office somewhere safe. This will serve as proof of postage and also includes the tracking number that you can use to locate your package when you return it.

Also, please note that our returns policy does not apply to any orders outside of the European Union (including overseas departments and territories of France).

Please state on your return slip whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN EXCHANGE:
Please write the new product that you would like, stating the reference. If the new item is cheaper, you will be refunded the difference. However, if the new item is more expensive, you will need to send a cheque for the difference at the following address :

IF YOU WOULD LIKE A REFUND:
Please note this on the return slip. We undertake to refund the amount due to any buyer who has exercised their right of withdrawal as soon as possible, within a maximum of fourteen (14) days following their withdrawal. In the case of a refund, if you only return part of your order, we will refund the price of the returned item. However, if you return your entire order, you will receive a refund for your order as well as a refund for the postage costs that you initially paid to have your products delivered.

Please remember that we do not refund return postage costs.
There may indeed have been a mistake during the order preparation process.

Please check whether a mistake has actually been made by checking your order details, which you can see in your online account.
If the bracelet you received is indeed not the one you ordered, please e-mail us at contact@avani.fr stating your order number. We will be happy to explain the procedure to follow.
The quality of our bracelets, which are 100% made in France, goes without saying. Our bracelets are therefore waterproof. However, to avoid altering your bracelet, please avoid contact with chlorine and sea water. Also avoid contact with corrosive products such as perfume or detergents.

Care: Rinse with fresh water and wipe dry after wearing in ocean, pool, etc.
